Madison, WI, September 30, 2024 – Strand Associates, Inc.® is excited to announce the groundbreaking for a new office building in Ames, Iowa, in the Iowa State University Research Park. This expansion follows the 2022 acquisition of FOX Engineering and the continued growth of Strand’s operations in Ames.
The new 30,000-square-foot, two-story facility will provide a new home for Strand’s continued growth. The office will initially provide space for 70 employees but is designed to expand as future needs develop. The facility not only increases the current office space, but also features flexible and collaborative workspaces and amenities to provide an optimal team environment.
Strand has been providing exceptional civil and environmental engineering services since 1946.
