Summary and Responsibilities

We are seeking an experienced sales & marketing professional to develop and successfully implement a robust sales & marketing strategy for all products. This individual will be accountable for creating an innovative and strategic vision for the function that inspires the organization to exceed expectations.  This position will report to Mazen’s CEO.

Key responsibilities:

  • Responsible for Mazen’s brand and marketing function:
    • Design, develop, and direct marketing objectives, strategies, programs, and policies for all products and services for the organization.
    • Develop Mazen’s commercial brand and brand strategy.
    • Create the overall marketing vision and translate that into integrated business plans, tactics, and deliverables.
    • Oversee critical marketing functions, including market and brand research, communications, and product planning.
    • Utilize data-driven methods to identify changes in the competitive environment and enable responsive marketing activities.
    • Designs and develops consistent themes, messaging and branding throughout all communication touch points.
  • Responsible for Mazen’s commercial sales function:
    • Work closely with Mazen partners on commercialization of partnered products.
    • Develop and maintain relationships with key customers.
    • Design and implement customer engagement activities.
    • Work cross-functionally to execute accurate demand planning and ensure customer product availability.
    • Inform product selection and prioritization.
    • Provide input to finance function on sales projections for product portfolio.
  • Develop budgets, resources, and team to execute short-term and long-term marketing and sales plans.
  • Builds cross-functional relationships with organizational stakeholders to understand products, customers, and industry and develop a focused communication program.
  • Oversee efficient processes for the regulatory review and approval of communication materials.
  • Explore and adopt new channels, methods, and platforms to optimize marketing communications.
  • Participate in industry related professional organizations.
